Scheduled Maintenance (System Tune-Ups)
It is a proven
fact that heating, cooling and air quality
systems that are properly and regularly
maintained require far fewer emergency repairs.
Also, repairs that may be needed are normally
much less expensive.
Conventional Heating
and Cooling systems burning fossil fuels or high
voltage electricity can become dangerous over
time if not properly maintained. Gas or oil
leaks can lead to fire hazard; exhaust leaks can
cause sickness or even death.
It is also
very common to find that the efficiency of the
system drops dramatically if it is not
maintained. This not only increases fuel costs
but also reduces comfort levels. Often, the
increased fuel cost can be greater than the
maintenance service.

systems installed in new construction are not
the most efficient or technologically advanced.
It is often suggested that systems over 15 years
old may benefit from replacement with a similar,
higher efficiency system that reduces monthly
energy costs or with newer systems such as
geothermal systems.
Many new air
quality systems are available today. They
include controlled humidity systems, various
degrees of filter products to clean the air,
electrostatic, and UV air cleaners to help
reduce allergy, sinus, and other indoor air
quality issues.

Installation
Building a new
home or business?
V & D Heating and Air Conditioning will
design and install a new American Standard, or
Goodman system in your new
construction. We will work with the builder to
assure the system is designed to meet your
efficiency, budget, and air comfort needs. We
will also oversee the design and installation of
duct work, vents, etc. while our technicians
will install and test the system.
